Fully clad tri-ply construction means each pan is formed from a sandwich of two layers of stainless steel and an aluminum core. This gives our pans the even and quickly-heating properties of aluminum and the heat retention and durability of stainless steel.
No Mystery Coatings
We don’t use any coatings on our pans. Why? Nonstick-coated pans are known to degrade after a couple of years, and need to be replaced. Our pans are meant to last and will release food easily with the right technique.
Keep It Cool
The forked design of the handles on our skillet and saucepans keeps them cool while they’re on the stovetop. The handles are attached to the pans by heavy duty rivets and feature holes for easy hanging.
